ProTec UV Sensor
설비형 UV센서 ProTec UV Sensor는 Lamp 레퍼런스 채널이 적용된 싱글 채널 UV Absorption sensor입니다.
인라인 공정 모니터링을 위해 설계되었으며 정확한 농도 측정 및 재현성, 선형성을 보장합니다. 데이터 측정 시, 레퍼런스 채널의 PD로 램프의 광량을 동시에 측정하여 광량 세기의 변동을 보상해 줍니다. 이를 통해, 높은 정확도와 Long term stability를 보장하며, 광원으로 Low pressure mercury lamp가 적용되어 8,000 시간 이상의 장시간 수명을 보장합니다. .
사용자의 요구에 따라 254, 280, 290, 300, 313 nm 등의 다양한 파장 선택 및 1 – 160 mm 범위의 광경로 선택이 가능합니다. 이를 통해, Aromatic compound detection, protein concentration and other demanding application에 적용 가능합니다.
Optical windows로 사파이어를 사용함으로써 높은 경도 및 화학적 부식에 대한 내구성을 제공합니다. 또한 다양한 라인 크기와 공정 연결 및wetted materials를 제공하여 공정 설비에 연결을 용이하게 합니다.
